The following services are included in the listed prices for ALL GUESTS of our apartments: High-speed WiFi internet, electricity, heating and hot water, as well as VAT and other taxes. Access to our lockable bike storage room is free of charge. In addition, for guests who BOOK DIRECTLY with us, the weekly change of hand and bath towels, and the weekly cleaning of the apartment, are included in the listed price.

You can leave your bike in the building. You can use the lockable bicycle room free of charge. You can also use Vienna’s excellent WienMobil Rad bike-share system to get around town.

We don’t charge a booking fee.

If you don’t feel like making breakfast yourself, you can book an amazing organic Viennese breakfast for daily € 28/person at the neighbouring hotel (hot drinks included).

Check-in is from 4 p.m. No appointment is necessary for check-in.
A valid ID card or passport is required at check-in.

Check-out time is 9:30 a.m. Late check-out is available for a surcharge.
We will check the apartment for necessary extra cleaning or possible damages BEFORE your departure. Please arrange a time with the reception of the hotel Henriette (in the front building) for us to visit your apartment on the day of your departure.

We’re happy to provide a cot for your baby or toddler on request. Just let us know!

When you submit your booking request, we will place an authorization hold on your credit card for min. 1 €, max. the rate for one night (pre-authorization). Excepted are non-refundable rates which are fully charged at booking.

We’re here for you around the clock. We’ll give you all emergency numbers at check-in. The standardised European emergency number  is 112.

Extra beds are available on request and for a surcharge.

There are lots of great restaurants, pubs and bars within walking distance in the 2nd District and the adjacent city centre.

City taxes are included in the rental price.

You can use the luggage storage facilities at the neighbouring hotel Henriette for free (24 hours a day).

For € 26 per day you can book a car parking space in the courtyard of the building. The 2nd District is a fee-paying short-term parking zone. The cost per hour is € 2.50.

Our apartments are located in a quiet residential building. Thus, parties and other events are not allowed. Please especially respect the quiet hours from 10.00 p.m. to 6.00 a.m.

Payment for the apartments is done at arrival. Non-refundable rates are charged for the full cost of when submitting the booking request.

Well behaved dogs are welcome. We charge an additional fee of € 23,- per day for the extra cleaning effort. Please let us know in advance when you make your reservation. We also ask you not to leave your pet alone in the apartment – unless you are going to the hotel for breakfast: For hygiene reasons, dogs are not allowed in the hotel breakfast room.

Electricity, water, heating and all government fees are included in the rental price. There are no additional costs.

Directly in front of the building in which the apartments are located there’s a lift to the underground station U1 Nestroyplatz – so you’re ideally connected to Vienna’s public transport network. It’s 8 minutes on the underground to the UNO City (U.N. headquarters), 5 minutes from Stephansplatz in the city centre, and only 14 minutes from the Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien (Vienna University of Economics and Business).

The minimum rental period is 3 days. After that, apartments can be rented for an unlimited period.

The apartments are located in the rear building of a complex on Praterstrasse. The building can be entered via two locked doors. The apartment door itself is equipped with a safety lock/bracket. In the apartment there’s a laptop safe and external roller blinds. You’ll be given all emergency numbers at check-in. We’re here for you around the clock!

All our apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on the balconies.

There’s a fitness centre within walking distance of the apartments. The green Prater park or the Danube Canal (both about a 5-minute run away) are ideal for jogging, running, cycling or skating.

Please consider the environment and separate your waste before disposal. You’ll find an info sheet at the apartment; suitable waste containers are provided at the apartment building.

When you book directly with us, the weekly cleaning of your apartment is included in your rate. For guests who don’t book direct, we’re happy to clean your apartment for a fee of € 50 per cleaning.

A weekly change of sheets and towels is included in your rate when you book directly. For guests who don’t book directly with us, we’re happy to change sheets and towels for an additional fee of € 10 per change and person.
